Equipped with a sofa and TV, the living room is connected to the kitchen through a large window. - Dining Room The perfect space to enjoy your favorite meals, featuring an elegant wooden table and plush upholstered chairs for maximum comfort. - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own unique decor, wardrobes, and large French windows. One of the bedrooms also features a convenient desk. - Kitchen A spacious, modern kitchen, fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, and washing and dishwasher machines. - Bathroom The bathroom is characterized by its standout blue wall and an original light fixture, and features a spacious shower. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
