It's a quiet neighbourhood with exceptional transportation options like the 24-hour 4 and 6 tram, which can easily bring you to the lively city center within 10 minutes. Living next to the river of Donau also means you're just a short stroll away from some of Budapest's most scenic spots, perfect for enjoying a drink or a relaxing evening by the water. PLEASE NOTE: + Bills are not included in the rent price. + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of two month's rent and paid during the check in). + Admin fee (One time fee, must be paid before the check in). + The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent, as indicated in the payment plan.
