Restaurants and cafés are easy to find and visit. The flat has a laundry room which can be used for an additional fee. The flat is about 7 minutes from Alexanderplatz. The Shhönhauser Alle neighbourhood and Mauerpark are 2 S-Bahn stops away. Supermarkets such as Alnatura, BIO Company are nearby. The TV tower is not far from the flat. Playground, parks, cafes and very cool bars can be found in Wichert str and Schönhauser allee ( KollwitzKiez ) one of Berlin well known neighborhoods The flat is rented for a short period of time due to the short rental period nregistration is offered for the time being.
