Vi hyr ut vårt fullt utrustade landställe i Löknäs under perioden oktober 2024 - april 2025. Havsnära läge, endast cirka 300 meter från havet där det finns badplats och båtplats. Önskas bad i sjöar så finns även det inom gångavstånd. Bilväg hela vägen fram till huset, mindre än en timme från Stockholm city med busshållplats i närheten. Huset har utrustats till standard för permanentboende sedan ett par år tillbaka. Egen nyborrad brunn med året runt vatten, ny avloppsanläggning, luftvärmepump, nyinstallerad kamin, golvvärme i badrum, dusch och toalett inomhus. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl/frys, spis/ugn, diskmaskin, micro, TV, internet. Ved till kamin finns. Barnsäng, barnstol och leksaker finns. På den stora tomten (ca 4000kvm) finns en stor altan på 100 kvm med jacuzzi och ett gästhus med två rum, toalett och egen altan. Studsmatta, klätterställning, gungor osv för barn. Separat pumphus med tvättmaskin och intilliggande utomhusdusch finns. Stor gemensam brygga som ägs av tomtägarföreningen med tillhörande båtplats. Gångavstånd till buss (SL-buss direkt till Slussen) samt cykelavstånd till Sollenkroka brygga för båt in till bl.a. Stockholm med Waxholmsbolaget. Egen parkering på tomten, bilväg hela vägen fram till huset. Padel och tennisbanor finns i närområdet. Huvudstuga: 60 kvm, fördelat på 3 rum varav 2 sovrum med 180 cm säng respektive familjesäng med underslaf 120 cm och överslaf 80 cm. Stort vardagsrum med stor soffa, matrum samt kök och badrum med dusch och toalett. Gäststuga: 20 kvm, fördelat på 1 sovrum (180 cm säng), ett allrum med säng (80 cm) samt toalett...
