Det är också nära till universitetet med 1,5 km till både Ekonomikum och BMC samt 2,5 km till Ångströmlaboratoriet. Huset har en lummig trädgård med blommor, fruktträd och bärbuskar. Det finns studsmatta och lekstuga i trädgården samt en trädgårdsgrupp för måltider i det gröna. Det finns ett trädgårdsförråd, ett cykelställ med tak för fem cyklar samt en uppfart att parkera en bil på. Parkering på gatan är också gratis.
