La casa si compone nella parte anteriore di ampie verande allestite con arredamento da esterni, pratiche per passare del tempo in totale relax. L’appartamento è dotato di ingresso principale con un disimpegno che accede al soggiorno arredato con comodo divano letto e poltrone. Dal soggiorno si accede ad un bagno di servizio con doccia, comodo per la zona giorno. L’alloggio è dotato di cucina attrezzata è zona pranzo. La cucina ha anche una porta diretta su una delle verande, rendendo quest’ultima molto luminosa e comoda. Dal disimpegno dell’ingresso si accede ad un corridoio che porta nella zona notte dove si trova la prima camera da letto matrimoniale con portafinestra sulla veranda. Proseguendo per il corridoio è presente una seconda camera da letto da una piazza e mezzo ed un comodo bagno con doccia, vasca e bidet. Infine si trova la terza camera da letto matrimoniale.
