Entzückende 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Neubau direkt bei der UNO City und an der Alten Donau, dem beliebtesten Badesee der Wiener mitten in der Stadt. Die Innenstadt (Stephansplatz) ist mit der U-Bahn, die in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar ist, nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist schlicht mit liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden und bietet Abkühlung an heißen Sommertagen. Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Herd und Mikrowelle. Im Badezimmer ist eine Waschmaschine mit zusätzlicher Trockenfunktion vorhanden. Die Gäste haben Zugang zur gesamten Wohnung. Die Unterkunft bietet einen persönlichen Check-In, das heißt wir begrüßen unsere Gäste direkt an der Unterkunft und übergeben die Schlüssel. Dafür ist ein Termin notwendig, der zwischen 15 Uhr und 19 Uhr stattfinden sollte. Ein späterer Check-In ist nur auf Anfrage (vorbehaltlich Verfügbarkeit) und gegen Zahlung einer Late-Check-In Gebühr (€ 20 zwischen 19 Uhr und 21 Uhr und € 30 zwischen 21 Uhr und Mitternacht) möglich. Nach Mitternacht ist ausnahmslos kein Check-In mehr möglich und kann erst am nächsten Morgen ab 9 Uhr angeboten werden. Der Bezirk Donaustadt ist einer der größten Bezirke in Wien, Heimat der UNO und anderer internationaler Organisationen sowie der Alten Donau, ein See mitten in Wien, der aus einem Seitenarm der Donau entstanden ist. Der Donauturm, von dem man eine tolle Aussicht auf ganz Wien hat, ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet viele Grünflächen und ist trotzdem nah an der Stadt. Für Shopping Begeisterte bietet das in Fußnähe befindliche Einkaufszentrum "Donauzentrum" eine Vielzahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. U-Bahnlinie U1 ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar und fährt in 10 Minuten ins Zentrum (Stephansplatz)...
