The room is located in the student residence The Tannery by YUGO. The room has a private bathroom, kitchen and lounge/living room is shared by everyone and the room is very centrally located. The city centre is about a 15-minute walk, Trinity College about 20 minutes and the nearest bus station is 1-2 minutes away. There are lots of small cafés and pubs in the neighbourhood. The hall of residence has a gym right on the doorstep, which can be used free of charge, reception is open 24/7 and there are washing machines and dryers downstairs in the hall of residence.I've been living at The Tannery for a month now and the atmosphere in the hall of residence is super pleasant, open and uncomplicated. The flatmates on my floor are really cool, do a lot together, are clean and considerate and arrangements have been really easy so far without any unpleasant discussions. With all the turbulent living situations that many students in Dublin find themselves in, The Tannery is a very safe alternative that is also in a great location. I'm currently doing an Erasmus semester abroad here and will therefore only be here until the end of November 2024. However, the rooms at The Tannery have to be rented for a total of 51 weeks, which is why I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room from 1 December 2024 to 22 August 2024. However, I would also be flexible to rent the room from mid-December. As the student residences here are not equipped with anything, I would leave the basic equipment of bed linen, crockery, pots, potholders, etc. here for a total of €100. I bought all of this at the beginning of September this year when I moved in here. If you have any further questions, please let me know! :) *I'm not sure how large the entire property is, so I just put in 200 m2 (but you can look up photos of it online...
