One private room is available in our house. Young professional / researcher preferred. Here lives boys and girls, one PhD from Karolinska, two University students, one english teacher and a lab assistant. (22 to 30years) We have a quiet but friendly vibe in the house. We speak english since is a mix of nations. Located in Kallhäll, the 160 m2 house is newly renovated and fully furnished. Walking distance to the commuter trains and just a 20 minutes ride to Stockholm Odenplan. The house has big common areas (kitchen, laundry and living room), 2 bathrooms, 6 private bedrooms and indoor storage i.e bikes. The house also has a garden where you can have friends over for a BBQ. It is situated close by to natural reserve, lakeside beach, as well as shops and supermarkets. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
