The house has a very modern distribution and decoration, and also has a great amplitude. All the floor is light gray parquet, the doors are white and it has high ceilings. To complete the comfort of the stay, it has 1 split air conditioning (hot and cold). The 4 large bedrooms are equipped, (thinking of the greatest comfort of the tenant), with everything necessary for good order and storage, with 1.50 meter double mattresses and viscoelastic quality for a restful rest. The 4 bedrooms also have desks and chairs for a good development of work, study and leisure from the computer. One of the rooms has a private bathroom. The remaining 2 bathrooms have sinks embedded in two pieces of furniture, mirrors with lighting, toilets and a shower base with a screen installed. The farm is adapted for access by people with reduced mobility, it has 2 elevators. 1 month deposit is requested. Community expenses included. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
