The U1 stop Südtirolerplatz and the bus 13 A are just around the corner. You will also find a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total, at the moment only make stundents live there, who get along with eachother very well. The room is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful spacious, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet. The room costs € 510 This price is per month. Plus 70€ for heating/electricity and 10€ for Internet. The deposit is two months rent and has to be paid before your move in. No smoking and no pets allowed The contract is for a period of 3 years, but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months at the end of February, August or September within a 2-months notice.
