We offer you a 'ready to move in' room, we provide a complete space with all the basic needs (and more) covered: DOUB bed, bed linen, towels, closets for your belongings, study/work area, view of the inner courtyard and private bathroom with shower. Terms and conditions: The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 50€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is 24$ per week for 2 hours. In our company, tenant service is our top priority - we have an automated management system that allows us to offer fast and efficient service through our professional team.
