It has excellent communication with public transportation and bus lines: 7, 13, and has a streetcar stop nearby.... is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 Contract conditions: The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨🔧👩🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time. There is also a one-time final cleaning fee for your room, which you pay when you move in.
