Mariahilfer Straße is around the corner and Breite Gasse is right behind Museumsquartier. City center is in walking distance. The subway U2 and the next supermarket are within a 2 minutes walk. The modern apartment is in an converted attic of an historical building thats said to be the oldest building on "Spittelberg" and therefore has a unique atmossphere. The apartment has 3 seperate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious living kitchen with an especially high ceiling. In the apartment you will find everything that you need and more like authentic art, books and my personal highlight: the mini ping-pong table! Also there is a very nice common courtyard with trees and a stone table. If you have any further questions dont hesite to ask. *as this is a historical building there is no elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor...
