It consists of two main rooms: a living room with an open kitchen and the master bedroom, as well as a full bathroom. The living room is air conditioned, and there is a sofa bed, television, as well as the open kitchen with chairs and table. Despite facing the street, thanks to the high floor and fixtures it remains totally quiet even at night. The master bedroom is equipped with a large closet and also equipped with air conditioner and totally silent by virtue of the interior facing. Completes the apartment the bathroom with shower, windowed and totally private, in which there is also a changing table. The Golden Jack is located less than 50 meters from Ponte Vecchio. The apartment's central location makes it perfect for exploring the city on foot, as well as being close to all major areas of interest in the city. Whether you want to visit the historic sights of the center, spend an evening in the clubs of San Frediano, shop in the stores of Via Tornabuoni, or visit the historic stores of San Niccolò, Golden Jack is at the crossroads of these destinations. You canreach the apartment on foot from the Santa Maria Novella train station in less than 20 minutes by walking through the historic center. Alternatively, by bus you can get there in about 15 minutes with lines C2, C3 and 6. The apartment cannot normally be reached by car as it is within the restricted traffic zone of the historic center. + The house is provided without bed linen and towels. Linen can be rented at a cost of €7 per week for a single bed set or €10 per week for a double bed set (sheets + towels). + At the time of booking, the following payments are required: the first month’s rent, the security deposit, the first month’s utilities, and the final cleaning fee.
