Monthly rent is 2470 euros, including cleaning fees (2x 3 hours a month) and advance payment of utilities. Actual utility costs will be calculated after move out and will be deducted from or added to the deposit transfer (depending on which situation is applicable). Great public transit connection to the city centre, Amstelveen and other cities in the Netherlands. The apartment is conveniently located at: - 10 mins walking distance to station Amsterdam Zuid (trains, metros, trams & buses). The Noord/Zuid metro line takes you to Amsterdam city centre in 8 mins - 5 mins walking distance to tram stop AJ Ernststraat for tram 5 (Amstelveen / Amsterdam CS) and tram 25 (Uithoorn) - 2 mins walking distance to Gelderlandplein, a shopping mall where you can do your groceries (Albert Heijn XL, Jumbo & Eko Plaza) and other shopping (Hema, Kruidvat, Etos, Shilla, Douglas, Ici Paris XL, Media Markt and more) I am renting out my own apartment during my sabbatical.
