This charming flat is situated in the heart of Vienna, only 7 minutes by foot away from the main University of Vienna and the Inner City. The 8th district is known for the highest quality of living in all of Vienna, and you will be settled in a side street of a lively shopping and dining area, on the 3rd floor with elevator in a typical Viennese building with high ceilings. The rooms are sunny and light and the building is very safe and quiet. Bus and tram stops are at the next corner. The flat is fully and amply equipped with everything you need, you just move in with just your suitcase! Pls note that unfortunately we cannot do check-Ins or check-outs at night-hours but we will do our utmost to accomodate your needs. I reserve the right to request a higher deposit from guests staying longer than 6 months or without proof of income....

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
