The 8th district is known for the highest quality of living in all of Vienna, and you will be settled in a side street of a lively shopping and dining area, on the 3rd floor with elevator in a typical Viennese building with high ceilings. The rooms are sunny and light and the building is very safe and quiet. Bus and tram stops are at the next corner. The flat is fully and amply equipped with everything you need, you just move in with just your suitcase! Pls note that unfortunately we cannot do check-Ins or check-outs at night-hours but we will do our utmost to accomodate your needs. I reserve the right to request a higher deposit from guests staying longer than 6 months or without proof of income....
