It's a unique space designed to allow you to live and work alongside other professionals who share your interests. Located in the Collblanc area, our newly constructed eco-friendly house features two floors, seven rooms with private bathrooms, and a spacious terrace. The design focuses on providing a relaxing environment for proper rest and the necessary inspiration to work comfortably. You will have excellent public transportation connections to the center of Barcelona thanks to metro line 1. Additionally, you have other routes available to reach important destinations. For example, Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is 39 minutes away using metro line LS9. You can reach Barcelona-Sants Station in a 20-minute walk or 10 minutes by taking metro line 5. Even Camp Nou is just a 10-minute walk away. We hope our coliving becomes your new home. We have reserved a beautiful double room with a private bathroom for you on the first floor. It's an ideal space if you're coming with someone else, as the room is spacious, bright, and offers ample storage capacity. The room is furnished with a desk and a comfortable office chair for you to work comfortably. You can also add an additional chair if you prefer. Thanks to its large window, the room is very bright, and the wardrobe with mirrored doors, along with the bookshelf, will provide you with all the space you need for your belongings. Your private bathroom includes all the essentials for personal hygiene, including a toilet, a shower with a slimline tray and screen, a mirror, a cabinet with drawers, and an electric towel rail. In addition to your room, you can enjoy the common areas created to encourage interaction among colivers. Given Barcelona's pleasant climate year-round, we have designed an attractive 40 m2 terrace with solar panels pergola, perfect for conversations and relaxation outdoors. When you want to unwind, you can watch a movie or play video games in our spacious living/dining room, equipped with tables, benches, and a TV. This space is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and has access to a patio with a chill-out atmosphere. In our coliving residence, you won't have to worry about temperature, as we have a centralized air system and air renewal system thanks to the installation of aerothermal and solar panels. Additionally, we provide two washing machines, a dryer, and an area to hang clothes on the terrace. We understand that a good internet connection is essential for comfortable work. That's why we offer 1Gb fiber optic internet and two direct network connections from your desk. Our goal is for you to become part of our coliving community, where you will find incredible professionals living a similar lifestyle to yours. They are people of all nationalities between the ages of 25 and 45. We want to ensure you have the best experience possible. Therefore, we have established coexistence rules, and we take care of cleaning the common areas from Monday to Friday, as well as purchasing basic supplies. We are excited to welcome you! This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
