The room is about 15qm, located on the 9th floor, it has a privat balcony. In the apartment there is a washing machine available. The surrounding area is convenient, the supermarket and restaurants and doctors are next to the building. Right outside the building is a bus stop with lines 134, 151, N41, and 63. With line 63, you can reach the U-Bahn station "Aidenbachstraße" in just 10 minutes, and then the Marienplatz in under 30 minutes. The night bus line N41 also ensures a safe and convenient way to get home at night. Parking spaces are usually available in the side streets.
