Hello there! I am going to Brussels for five months and am looking for someone to take over my room. The room itself is 18m2 large but it’s located in a huge 120m2 flat on the top floor (amazing views). You will live with one other person and share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and separate toilet. We’re looking for a calm and responsible person who will treat the contents of the flat with care. The flat comes fully equipped. The kitchen has a full set of dishes, cutlery, and more. Your room also has a large screen that works well for any homeoffice situation. If needed, I can provide bed sheets, towels, etc. We also have a cleaning robot that takes care of the super nice floors (you can slide on them). The bests aspect about the flat is how much light there is. The skylights and large windows really help here. When it starts to get sunny in the spring I'm sure you'll have lots of breakfasts on the balcony. There is also a separate roof terrace that is open to only three flats (and is rarely used by them). There is also a bike cellar, so it doesn't get stolen. Your flatmate is from France (24, F) and she's working part-time while completing her LLM. She tends to be very busy but enjoys the company in our little home. This means that you're a good fit if you're a student or already in your job. Overall, I am flexible with the dates.
