This apartment is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers, seeking a memorable New York City vacation or a comfortable and convenient stay. Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation! This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
