The bathroom is modernly designed and features a shower, a sink, and its own washing machine. The building has an elevator that reaches up to the 3rd floor, making the apartment easily accessible. You can conveniently store your bicycle in the lockable bicycle storage room. From Monday to Friday (working days), all districts in Vienna are short-term parking zones from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We offer weekly parking tickets for €60 for parking in the 21st district. Additionally, you will receive a blue permit sign on loan; you can only use the weekly ticket in conjunction with this. Alternatively, you can use mobile parking, which costs €2.20 per hour.
