Immediately on your left is also the bathroom, where you have to walk through to get to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is very quiet as it is located in the back of the building; the soft colors, the built-in closet with desk, the TV with streaming services and the queen size boxspring bed with custom-made headboard and Egyptian cotton linen, down pillows and 240cm duvet, make sure you have the ultimate hotel suite feeling. The en-suite bathroom has a rain shower, two sinks, a toilet and shampoo & conditioner from Rituals Cosmetics. The spacious living area consists out of the round marble dining table with four chairs and the big Huf sofa from FEST Amsterdam where you can sit comfortably on with 4 people and watch all your favorite movies from on the big TV with streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+, built-in Chrome-cast). The large Preference Red kitchen is double sided with a coffee corner and bar with two barstools on the left side. The kitchen has a combi-oven, a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a water kettle, cooking- and table utensils and basic amenities: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, dishwashing tablets and soap. In the living area on the left side of the big sofa you can find the door to the second bedroom. The built-in bunkbed with closets is the perfect fit for this long but small space and because of the high ceilings, you still have a spacious feeling when you are sleeping in the top bunk. Especially made for grown ups, but very suitable and fun for children as well...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
