Die Einbauküche enthält einen Herd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, sowie einen Kühlschrank. TV und WLAN inkl. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Zwischengeschoss. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an der Bonner Str. mit bester Verkehrsanbindung. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt zwischen ca 20 - 35 m2.. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete für ein Appartment inkl. Möblierung und Nebenkostenpauschale beträgt ab 1140 €, (990 € + 150 € Nebenkostenpauschale). Nicht enthalten sind die Kosten für Strom, Gas. Diese wird direkt mit dem Versorger abgerechnet.
