Die Einbauküche enthält einen Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, sowie einen großen Kühlschrank. TV und WLAN Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt an der Bonner Str. mit bester Verkehrsanbindung. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 WG Zimmer + 1 Bad + 1 grosse Küche. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt ca 73 m2. Die WG Zimmer haben eine Fläche von ca 13 m2 (jeweils zzgl. 5 m2 anteilige Gemeinschaftsfläche). Die monatliche Gesamtmiete für ein Zimmer inkl. Möblierung und Nebenkostenpauschale beträgt 890 €, (740 € + 150 € Nebenkostenpauschale). Nicht enthalten sind die Kosten für Strom, Gas. Diese rechnet die Wohngemeinschaft direkt mit dem Versorger ab. Die Wohnung wird derzeit möbliert.
