The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is suitable for one or two students because is quite large (30m2); the second bedroom is suitable only for one student because is smaller (20m2). it is on the 6th floor of a very nice area. The building has a reception at the entrance with security service every day, Monday through Friday. Underground M5 CENISIO (purple line) is just outside the door. Apart from the underground, tram n.12 and n.14 pass by the street. The DUOMO is only 5 stops away. In the building there is a swimming pool and a well-known fitness center, where you can practice all kind of sports. Its name is GET FIT CENISIO. Right in front of the building there is a well priced supermarket, called ALDI. I would offer the apartment to students that will stay until Sept 30th, 2025. Rent is extendable again, every year, until the end of September of each year. Expenses are not included in the rent. Building expenses are € 300 per month, and weekly cleaning expenses are not included and compulsory. Utility bills (electricity, gas and internet) are not included, also. 3-months deposit is compulsory and it will be given back at the end of rental period, if no damage occurs.
