The view is blocked by a building in the yard, giving a bit of privacy, which is good at ground floor level, and the little space behind the window can be accessed through the window and customized if you want to enjoy direct sunlight. It is just 3 min away from U1 Schlesisches Tor. The flat is connected to an artist's Atelier with around 20 coworkers, plus a sound studio for musicians. They all have access to a dedicated bathroom situated in the flat corridor. There are a couple events & hangouts per Months in the main Atelier room which we can also use as a living room in the weekends, to watch stuff or hangout with friends, it should however be kept clean & orderly for the coworkers after any use. When events happen there can sometimes be a lot of interactions with the kitchen, so you need to like to have some lively surrounding. You can however have all the tranquility you need in your room. I am getting farm vegetables every week, so there is a lot of cooking going on and it can be a bit messy at times. If you're a scientist or an environmental activist we should click well ! I am looking for a non smoking person, without pets, and a female because i've been with male flatmates for the last 4 years & i'm tired of it. Also my girlfriend will often be there, so it's more like a 2.5 person WG. Our guests can use a cosy guestbed on a platform in the corridor. You can also host as many guests as you want, as long as it fits ! You can hang your bike either in the yard or inside on a hook at the flat entrance door. There is no gas heating but electric oil radiator, which works perfectly fine. Also in the winter there is a little wood stove in the kitchen, making it quite warm & cosy....
