Es wird hiermit ein Zimmer für zwei Personen zur Vermietung angeboten. Der Mietpreis beinhaltet sämtliche Kosten für Strom, Gas und Internet. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Schlüssel. Im Haus gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit einer Miniküche, ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Zusätzlich steht unseren Bewohnern eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders attraktiv: Es befindet sich in der Nähe des Auhofcenters und ist vom Westbahnhof nur 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung lädt ein Wald zu Spaziergängen ein, und der Tiergarten Schönbrunn ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zudem gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum mit über 150 Geschäften in der Nähe. Um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für alle Bewohner sicherzustellen, wird die Unterkunft von uns wöchentlich gereinigt.
