Description

Two large rooms and a bathroom at the upper floor of a private house (the whole floor is in exclusive use of the guest), in the hills just 15 minutes by car from the town centre. The rooms are arranged as a bedroom with a double bed and as a living room with table, chairs, sofa and equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle. They can also be arranged as two bedrooms, no problem, so the space is perfect for a couple or for two students. The floor is separated from the downstair apartment with a sliding door and a stair. Very quiet, surrounded by green areas, private car park available. Kitchen and laundry can be shared with the host. Public transport is 5 minutes walk away and it takes around 20 minute to the city centre. Note: the rental price is for the whole floor so it is very convenient for two guests...
