Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Tram M10 hält direkt vor der Tür und der U-Bahnhof Eberswalder Str. ist 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. The 60 m2 non-smoking apartment is furnished, has wooden floorboards and is located on the 3rd Floor of a renovated building at Danziger Straße between the squares Kollwitzplatz and Helmholtzplatz. The apartment is suitable for singles and couples but not for flat-sharing. Pets are not permitted. The tram M10 stops right in front of the building and the U2 station Eberswalder Straße is in 5 min walking distance. I'm looking forward to meeting you...
