Hello, dear apartment seekers! Your beautiful room is part of an 80 sqm 3-room apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen-living room and hallway. Your room has a large window with a windowsill. The room has laminate flooring and is very bright thanks to the large window. The apartment was newly renovated this year. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and everything else you need for life. The wwashing dryer is available and can of course be shared. Your room has a bed (Ikea Hemnes, pull-out, lying area 160cmx200cm), one wardrobe and a desk with a chair. The rent includes all costs for electricity, water, heating and internet. There are therefore no additional costs for you. The location: very quiet, in the residential area of Milbertshofen. Shopping facilities 5 minutes walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), three minutes walk to the bus stop and from there about 10 minutes to the city center or 10 minutes to the Oympia shopping center. There are parking spaces right outside the front door, and there is also a bicycle storage room. U2-Frankfurter Ring is very close by. Your roommates would be: Tim finishes his studies at the Technical University of Munich. Anton works at BMW. We imagine shared apartment life to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet. We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer garden, parties, etc. - but it is not compulsory...

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
