This promenade is famous for its wide sidewalks full of bars and restaurants . The flat has a surface area of 70 square metres, spectacularly distributed among all the rooms that make it up. The house has a bedroom with a double bed with its own wardrobe and bedding. The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa ideal for lying down after a hard day's work and watching television. The dining room is our favorite area of the house, since it has a lot of natural light thanks to the windows that give access to the balcony. The kitchen is ceramic hob and is fully equipped. Finally, the property has a modern bathroom and also air conditioning, heating, fiber optics, washer and dryer. The nearest metro stations are Tetuán and Arc de Triomf , in the latter you can also take trains. ADMINISTRATION FEE: 1 month's rent + 21% VAT LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary.
