On the border of Hellersdorf and Marzahn, located in front of the beautiful Gardens of the World (Garten der Welt). From the balcony you can view the entire Berlin skyline, including the TV tower. S-bahnhof stations S Marzahn and S Springpfuhl are 7 minutes away from here. Eastgate Mall/Marzahner Promenade on a 15 minute walking distance but you can easily reach it in 5 minutes using the bus/tram. Rewe, DM, Apotheke, Action etc. are all on a 4 minute walking distance. For any additional information, please feel free to send me a message. We are renting the entire property EXCEPT for the bedroom, but we will provide you with a mattress and all necessities to sleep in the lounge which is large enough to keep one for 2 people....
