Todas las habitaciones tienen cama doble, armario grande, cómoda, mesilla, mesa y silla de estudio, ventanas a la calle, lámpara/ventilador de aire frío y caliente, además de calefacción de gas ciudad y televisión. Hay una habitación tipo suite con baño privado. El precio varía en función de la habitación entre 460€ y 505€ (habitación con baño privado), siempre con todos los gastos incluidos; luz, agua, calefacción e internet. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos; nevera, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, vitrocerámica, cafetera, tostadora, batidora. Ante la obligación del arrendador de contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil que cubra los daños, perjuicios y riesgos en los que pueda recaer el inquilino, en la primera factura se cobrará al arrendatario un importe de 40€, coste proporcional del seguro durante la vigencia del contrato. La gestión del alquiler de la habitación conlleva unos gastos de 80€ que se imputan únicamente en la primera factura del alquiler.
