It is a two-bedroom and one living room cosy apartment perfect for 2+1 or 2+2 family (62sqm) or a small group of students/friends. The big advantages are elevators and lots of free parking spaces in front of the building (never a problem to find a spot) Apartment is fully furnished with everything ((hidden) style with sheets, towels, kitchen, working fast-speed fiber internet utensils etc.) and in ready to move state. The monthly rent I’m asking is 5500pln and includes all the bills (fiber internet, admin, media and utilities at normal usage...
