Dear all from now onwards there are 2 rooms available in a beautiful shared student in the 20. district of Vienna, on Durchlaufstraße. The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total. At the moment only students live there. The rooms are around 7m2 each and furnished with a single bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and a toilet. The contract for each room is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice. The rent per room is EUR 450,- per month plus an additional EUR 60,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 510,- The deposit is EUR 1020,- There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
