The apartment is located on the ground floor of a townhouse complex and consists of two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen and a bathroom. The home also features a beautiful 35-square-meter terrace, which becomes the main living area from spring to autumn. The covering curtains make it shady during the day and protected from humidity in the evening. It is equipped for dining, relaxing on comfortable deck chairs, and has a very convenient shower. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size loft bed and a queen-size sofa bed. The house is typically used year-round, equipped with air conditioners/heat pumps, and everything you would usually find in your own home. The elevated position ensures a great view on the landscape. The area is very quiet (except in July and August) and isolated but the nearest town is only 3 km away. The internet connection is LTE so it's not extremely fast but it's very stable (no problem with video calls and usual cloud work). The nature is amazing in the area, between the mountains and the sea, and the best way to explore it is a bike (you can rent electric bikes in town). The apartment is 1 hour far from Lamezia Terme Airport but the town also has a train station. The sofa bed can be replaced with a desk if you're staying more than 3 months. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
