Marina Zea has the relaxed air of a well-to-do port town, with fancy yachts moored alongside lively cafés, restaurants and bars. Please note that the apartment is fully renovated in 2024 and we have selected everything inside the flat for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven with modern appliances and all the kitchenware that you will need. We provide you with a toaster, a Nespresso coffee maker and a water kettle. There is an air condition unit in the studio that offer both cooling and warmth to the whole flat. Τo have hot water please press the large cream square button on the wall under the electrical switch board for about 20 minutes. In the communal corridor inside the cabinets you will find a washing machine and a dryer. Please be mindful of other tenants using the facilities.
