You will reach the City Center within a few Walking minutes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and all windows are towards the beautiful green patio. The apartment is furnished and has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a small entrance hall and a seperate toilet for guests. The basic rent per month is 2100€ A registration at the apartment is possible, but only as a secondary residence (Nebenwohnsitz). You will also receive a rental agreement.
