The house is located in Breite Gasse, right behind the famous Museumsquartier. It is also in the middle of the Spittelberg district with many restaurants, cafes, museums and shopping facilities and excellent public transport connections. You will reach the City Center within a few Walking minutes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and all windows are towards the beautiful green patio. The apartment is furnished and has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a small entrance hall and a seperate toilet for guests. The basic rent per month is 2100€ A registration at the apartment is possible, but only as a secondary residence (Nebenwohnsitz). You will also receive a rental agreement.
