Toscana 17 is a 50 sqm apartment located on the fifth floor of an elegant building equipped with an elevator, which guarantees convenient and immediate access. The height of the floor gives natural brightness and an airy atmosphere in all rooms, making the accommodation ideal for business or leisure stays in lively Milan. The sleeping area includes a comfortable and private bedroom with two single beds. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and represents a versatile area that can accommodate up to four people, perfect for small groups or families. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction plates and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare complete meals in total autonomy. The bathroom is functional and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The apartment is completed by a balcony, a private outdoor area ideal for relaxing or enjoying moments in the open air. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a washing machine, offering comfort and convenience all year round. The non-smoking environment ensures a fresh and healthy stay, while the elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Located in a well-served area, Toscana 17 allows you to quickly reach the center and the main attractions of Milan. In the immediate vicinity are shops, restaurants and essential services, while the neighborhood combines residential tranquility and urban liveliness, offering an authentic experience of the city. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
