One room is 12m2 the other is 13m2 and the balcony is accessible from both rooms. Both rooms are air-conditionned. Common dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Monthly utilities are about 90 EUR on top of the rental fee for the whole apartment. No smoking or pets allowed.
