Excellent location in the 9. district, very close to universities (~15 mins walk), good public transportation, Danube and parks are within 10 mins. Building is modern, it was built about 15 years ago. The apartment was newly refurbished 2 years ago. Windows and balcony face a quite cul de sac. One room is 12m2 the other is 13m2 and the balcony is accessible from both rooms. Both rooms are air-conditionned. Common dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Monthly utilities are about 90 EUR on top of the rental fee for the whole apartment. No smoking or pets allowed.
