The 120 sqm perfectly located flat is in the heart of the capital, close to the Oktogon and Andrassy avenue. It’s in the quiet and safe 6th district, few minutes walk from Metro1 and Tram No. 4-6. trolley bus No. 73, 75 The apartment consist of 3 bedrooms (all of them with double beds - photos are not updated) one full bathroom plus a separate guess toilett, comfortable living room with a huge dining table, big kitchen and wide entrance corridor. The flat is on the third floor in a classical building, the building has no elevator. The flat is sunny and silent, fully equipped; washing machine, big fridge, oven, microwave,etc. Minimum rental period 5 months the rental fee is 850€ /month + utility cost + common costs. The utility costs as indicated in the "View what you'll pay section" are estimates and can vary depending on usage. Our flats rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
