The room has a single bed, coat rack, desk, TV and air conditioning. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen, a large balcony, corridor and bathroom, all shared with the other tenants. There is Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Just 3 minutes to the bus stop for the city center and near supermarkets and services. The weekly cleaning of the common areas of the apartment and the room is included in the rent, if the room is left in a condition accessible to the cleaning company. All bills included....
