The rent includes electricity, water, gas, free high-speed WiFi, and cleaning of common areas. Optional services such as private room cleaning and personalized laundry are available for an additional monthly fee. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
