All the payments will be automatically deducted from the chosen card during your stay. 📅 ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY ➡ If you arrive: - Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month. - Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month. - The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ⬅ If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
