Decorated with style and a folclore touch, it offers a sunny balcony, payed parking within the street and surrounding streets and good public transport connections. With heater for winter and AC for summer and new furniture and beds. Wifi provided runs at full speed, making it the ideal place for remote workers. With a fully equipped kitchen, you will have all of the comfort and amenities you need to feel at home. Supermarket is only an 8m walk from the house, plus there is a local market: Mercado del Arenal only 3m walk in the same street of the house, where you can find great home-made food to go, fresh bakery, flower shop, fruit shop & others. For those coming by car, there is a great 24h parking lot "Parking Paseo Colón", only at an 8m walk from the house. We are looking for respectful hosts that want to experience the Andalusian lifestyle in a very authentic Sevillian neighbourhood, well located but quiet area.
