Cozy apartment (34 m2) in a quiet street on the border between Meidling and Liesing. Ideal for students/singles. Max. 2 people. The building was built in 2020. The apartment has a 21 m2 terrace overlooking the interior of the building. The apartment is fully furnished, washing machines and dryers are available in the building (at no additional cost). It is a quiet street and parking spaces are easy to find. Parking is possible with the Wien Stadt Pickerl. The bus 62A towards Meidling stops around the corner (50 meters). A gas station (with Billa Now Shop) is around the corner (100 meters). Open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Hetzendorf train station is a 10-minute walk away. There are many shops within 500 meters (Hofer, Billa, DM, Interspar, Action...)...

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
