The nearest subway stations are Richard-Wagner-Platz and Deutsche Oper. Buses go to the main train stations. The apartment has a large living room with a balcony. An eat-in kitchen with an oven and induction, dishwasher and refrigerator. A storage room for household goods and groceries with an additional refrigerator. The living room can be expanded into a dining room or another bedroom. There are bedrooms one with a separate dressing room. One bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The rental period is at least two months and is limited....

If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
