The individual (or couple with an additional cost, which is €899/month) will be very comfortable in this spacious, peaceful, friendly and unique space, located in this unique environment which is very close to everything you may be looking for to make your stay a memorable one. You will also be welcome by a super friendly and hospitable host at all times! It’s home away from home, I promise. Fully furnished private room with comfortable double bed, work space areas, wardrobe and a sofa, shared kitchen, shared shower and toilet exclusively for tenants on the same floor and a free Wifi in every area of the house. Extra toilets/shower is available for guests on ground floor by the entrance, to make for a more comfortable stay for all. There are lots of supermarkets shops, and eateries at walking distance from the property. You will find directly behind the house, shops like Brico, Electro depot, Extra, and nearby big supermarkets like Cora, Colruyt, Delhaize and Aldi for your daily shopping and groceries and it is just about 9-10 minutes walk from this property. Colruyt and Aldi are one of the cheapest and budget friendly supermarkets around here. You can also order your take away lunch or dinner specials from our food lounge on the same building a day before or 2-3hrs earlier. There is an extra charge of 10 euro for each cycle of washing using any of our in-house washing machines....
